Please Note: If you need to speak to one of our secretaries please call between 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday. * Calling an 0844 number costs the same (currently 4.2p per minute) as calling a BT low call rate number for the majority of patients. Some phone companies do charge an additional cost to their customers and if they have a discounted calling arrangement they can contact their network provider to advise them that the surgery is a health facility and request that the number is included in their discounted calls.

How to make an Appointment:

To arrange appointments, please telephone the surgery number (see above).

Appointments may be booked from 8.30am by telephone. If possible, please telephone early afternoons to avoid peak times for telephone calls to the surgery.

Alternatively, appointments may be booked by coming to the surgery in Keats House where a receptionist will be pleased to make an appointment at a time convenient to you.

How to cancel an Appointment:

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please click here to view the methods available for cancelling your appointment.

It is really important to let us know if you need to cancel it because it enables us to offer your appointment to someone else.

Up to 80 patients fail to cancel their appointment each month. This wastes a lot of valuable Doctor and Nursing time and also means everyone waits longer to be seen.

Data & Paperlight Accreditation:

The practice is very proud to announce that it became the first practice in the West Essex PCT area to attain Data & Paperlight Accreditation following a Data Accreditation visit by the PCT on the 18th Dec 2008.
