How to make an Appointment: |

To arrange appointments, please telephone the surgery number
( see above). Appointments may be booked from 8am by telephone. If possible, please telephone early
afternoons to avoid peak times for telephone calls to the surgery.
Alternatively, appointments may be booked by coming to the surgery in Keats House where a
receptionist will be pleased to make an appointment at a time convenient to you.
For Doctor or Nurse Practitioner Appointments: If it is not required the same day or urgent, an appointment on an alternative day eases the pressures on Doctor availability. This ensures fairness to other patients who do need a same day or urgent appointment.
It is not always possible to see the Doctor of your choice, although every effort is made to meet the patient's requirements.
Forward appointments can be booked at any time up to 12 weeks ahead, subject to availability.
How to cancel an Appointment: |

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please click here to view the methods
available for cancelling your appointment. It is really important to let us know if you need to cancel it because
it enables us to offer your appointment to someone else.
Up to 80 patients fail to cancel their appointment each month.
This wastes a lot of valuable Doctor and Nursing time and also means everyone waits longer to be seen. |
