Appointment Cancellations:

Methods of
    Cancelling an Appointment:
If you have booked an appointment with a Doctor, Nurse or other member of staff, it is really important to let us know if you need to cancel it.
The table below provides three methods for cancelling your appointment with us:
Method:
Details:
Online
Call the surgery.
Telephone the surgery on 0844 477 3558 and tell the receptionist.
In Person.
Call into the surgery and let the receptionist know in person.
To use this web site to cancel your appointment you must give us at least one working days notice. For example, if it is currently 10am on Monday, you cannot cancel an appointment earlier than 10am on Tuesday.
If you are cancelling an appointment that is in less than one working day, please use one of the other methods to cancel.

Why is it important to tell us you want
   to cancel your appointment ?
Up to 80 patients fail to cancel their appointment each month. This wastes a lot of valuable Doctor and Nursing time and also means everyone waits longer to be seen.
By telling us in good time that you cannot make an appointment, we can offer your appointment to someone else. This helps us to reduce waiting times and means everyone can be seen sooner.
