Requesting a Home Visit:

If you require a home visit, please call before 11am. This will help the doctor to plan his/her rounds for the day.

Please remember, home visits are only for those patients who are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery. In the time it takes to see one patient at home we can see four in the surgery !

Primecare:

Requests for a doctor outside normal surgery hours are answered by ‘Primecare’. This service will provide a doctor to give you immediate advice by telephone and he/she may arrange a home visit.

The doctor who advises you or visits your home may not be one of our own doctors. Nonetheless, be assured he/she will be acting with our full support and the doctor will advise us about any medication and/or treatment provided.
