How do I ... Make a Complaint ?
The practice has an in-house complaints procedure. Patients who wish to make a complaint about a doctor, an individual in the employ of the practice or services provided by the practice may obtain a complaint form and information sheet upon application to the Practice Manager. Patients are respectfully advised not to make complaints via the 'Patient Comments' facility on this website.
