FLU Vaccination 2008:
We will again be holding open days for patients requiring a flu vaccine.
Patients wishing to receive the vaccination should contact reception.

Do I need to Pay for the Flu Vaccine ? |

The Flu Vaccine is free to:
All people over the age of 65.
or:
People of all ages who suffer with:
- Chronic respiratory disease and asthma that requires continuous or repeated use of inhaled or systemic steroids or with previous exacerbations requiring hospital admission
- Chronic heart disease
- Chronic renal disease
- Chronic liver disease
- Chronic neurological disease
- Diabetes
- Immunosuppression
Patients who want to have a Flu Vaccine but do not qualify under the criteria above, can attend The Ross
Practice for a Private Vaccination @ £20 per vaccine.
We are aware that Supermarkets may be offering a cheaper service but, unlike a Supermarket, we
have a Doctor on site when any vaccination is given and a full record of the vaccination given will be
attached to the patient´s medical records.
