QOF Audit:

From time to time the practice is checked by the PCT in the form of an audit. This audit includes checking the validity of information we hold about our patients and therefore requires access to medical records.

The PCT are under the same code of confidentiality as everyone in the practice. Your medical records and any information about you will not be taken from the practice.

We are next due to be audited on 22nd October 2008. Should you not wish to have your records viewed, please inform a member of the reception team.

Surgery Closed:

Except for any pre-booked appointments, the surgery will be closed on Wednesday 14th Jan 2009 from 12.30pm for staff training purposes. The surgery doors will re-open on Thursday 15th Jan at 8.30am.

For emergencies when closed please call the usual surgery number: 0844 477 3558.
