Registering
    with the Practice:
Simply sign and bring your medical card (if you have one) to the surgery together with 2 forms of official ID. Initial registration takes place between 2.00pm and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
On registering, you may be asked to complete a questionnaire because your notes can take some time to catch up with you. An appointment with the practice nurse for a health check will be made and, at the same time, you will be given an opportunity to ask any questions.

Private Medical Services:
Some services we provide do not come within the treatment available under the NHS. These services are subject to a charge dependent on the time required. Examples include:
1
Private medical examinations.
2
Health Reports.
3
Doctor’s certificates for less than 7 days.
Please Note: As a matter of policy, the practice does not provide signatures on shotgun certificate and passport applications.

Health Checks for patients over 75:
We offer annual health checks for patients of 75 and over. These are carried out by a practice nurse or by a doctor. A district nurse can also perform these health checks for those who are unable to attend surgery.
