The Association for the Study of Obesity
The Association for the Study of Obesity is a UK organisation dedicated to the understanding and treatment of obesity.
The Association has three main aims:
(1) To promote research into the causes, prevention and treatment of obesity.
(2) To encourage action to reduce the prevalence of obesity and to enhance treatment.
(3) To facilitate contact between individuals and organisations interested in any aspect of obesity and body weight regulation.
