The British Heart Foundation
The aim of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) is to play a leading role in the fight against heart disease so that it is no longer a major cause of disability and premature death. They provide support and information to heart patients and their families through the British Heart Foundation nurses, rehabilitation programmes and support groups. They educate the public and health professionals about heart disease, its prevention and treatment.
